Juicy, spicy plum and blackberry fruits with delicate background notes of white pepper. Enjoy a soft, lush palate, full of blue and black fruit with hints of violet and white pepper which add lovely complexity to the rich fruit profile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by spock from A revelation Bought this on initial release. Would buy (lots more) if I could get it at that price. It is a wine of great depth and complexity; way 'bigger' than I expected from a Yarra Valley Shiraz. It needs food and to be opened a while to show its full potential. It is a wine with much time in front of it, if you can avoid the temptation to drink it now. I would suggest Osso Bucco, Lamb Shanks or any other rich red meat dishes.
