Tasting Notes:

Intriguing violet and lavender florals entwine with deeper notes of moss and soy, lending a crisp definition to both the nose and palate. Both gentle and bright, this wine expands on the palate with a cloudlike volume. Classic dark fruits layer with unexpected nuances of crunchy green olive and pink peppercorn, creating complexity and intrigue. Lingering and distinctive tannin sensations are the hallmark of this beautiful old vineyard.

Technical:

Wynns Harold was the first Wynns single vineyard wine from 2001 vintage. The 2013 marks its second single vineyard release. Harold vineyard ripened evenly giving the wine the freshness and delicacy to age. Given the right conditions, this Cabernet Sauvignon will be a great gem in the cellar.
