Tasting Notes:

Ripe black wild berries and spicy toasty oak raise the curtain to a brooding palate that is almost impossibly fruity and concentrated, 18 months maturation, 75% in new French oak hogsheads and 25% in new fine grain American oak hogsheads, adds layer upon layer of fine natural tannins and balance.

Technical:

This is a single vineyard wine grown on the unforgiving ridge, high above the gully that meanders through the middle of our estate. A powerful underlying structure forms the backbone of “Eriksen’s”
