Tasting Notes:

Tomich Hill Reserve represents the very best in viticulture and winemaking, delivering premium wine of wonderful structure and style from our cool climate Adelaide Hills Vineyard. Medium Straw in colour. Opens with fragrant rose petal aromas with hints of musk and lychee. Intense Turkish delight and lychee characteristics with musky overtones. Finishes with a delightfully rewarding crisp and textural acidity.

Technical:

Weather conditions were mild during summer, with a few short periods of hot weather where temperatures exceeded 30°C. Generally, conditions during the majority of the ripening period were ideal, with mild day time temperatures and cold nights frequently below 10°C, all conducive to excellent flavour development and the retention of natural acidity in the fruit. A great vintage! Handpicked in the early morning and immediately chilled and pressed off. Fermented in stainless steel.
