Rich deep plum in colour. The nose has strong dark plum and cherry chocolate notes. The palate is full flavoured typical Barossa Shiraz with black pepper, plum, chocolate with a smooth lingering finish.
91 Points Decanter Asia Wine Awards 2017 "Aromas of liquorice, violets and blackberries. The palate is fresh and delicate with notes of intense wild red berries. Overall a pleasant easy-drinking wine."

The 2016 season was generally warm which allowed the grapes to ripen well and develop bold, strong flavours. A rich Barossa Shiraz classically made with some extended skin contact to soften the palate. This wine matured in older American oak barrels for 15 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and the tannins to naturally soften.
