Rated 5 out of 5 by Ageing Pa from Smooth Delicious Fruit and Chocolate in the Mouth Coonawarra is noted for producing Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine maker's attention to activities (after harvest and prior bottling) are to be congratulated. Deliciously full fruit, smooth on the tongue and I found the "chocolate"!! Alas, the only disappointment was that stock had sold out when I tried to acquire more!!

I expect it to be divine, but I will not be opening any of these wines for a few years yet, as they are very young in the bottle at this stage. In 5 years time I will review gladly, but realisticly the wines need time to mature.
