Tasting Notes:

Deep dark cherry red. The bouquet shows dark cherry, blackberry, stewed plums and spice. Rich and flavoursome with some initial notes of cherries, blackberries and spiced plums with subtle fine tannins and a soft finish with a touch of vanillin oak. It finished silky smooth and is medium bodied.

Technical:

Sourced from select parcels of fruit from McLaren Vale and regions around South Australia, fruit was crushed and fermented prior to being aged with a mixture of oak. Careful selection of premium parcels and varieties to ensure brilliant complexity whilst maintaining a silky-smooth profile.
