Tasting Notes:

Beautiful red rubis colour, shiny and limpid. Opened nose with a big fineness, it reveals spiced notes and ripe black fruits. Lively and fresh attack in the mouth.

Technical:

Green harvest, deleafing, really ripe grapes, destemming, manual sorting of the harvest. Traditional winemaking of the Bordeaux Rouges in thermoregulated vats. The maceration lasts approximately for 20 days.
