Tasting Notes:

Very deep ruby in colour. Aromas of Black cherry and plum. Palate displays rich flavours of ripe berries, plus a hint of mint and chocolate, balanced with chalky tannin and smooth lingering finish

Technical:

Carefully selected grapes from the Limestone Coast, gently pressed and slowly fermented, aged with American oak for 12 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and tannins to naturally soften.
