Tasting Notes:

The Limb Vineyards Grey Label Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a refined and powerful expression of Barossa Cabernet, crafted from low-yielding vineyards in one of Australia's most renowned wine regions. The 2018 vintage delivered ideal ripening conditions, with slow development and concentrated flavour thanks to average daytime temperatures of 21°C and minimal rainfall during the crucial ripening period.

This 96 Point Rated Cabernet (Wine Showcase Magazine) and International Gold Medal Winner (CWSA) presents elegant blackcurrant aromas with a touch of sandalwood, leading to a medium-bodied palate of bright red fruits, fine-grained tannins, and a smooth, refined structure. The wine is beautifully balanced, showcasing regional character with the depth and complexity to cellar gracefully over the next decade.

Enjoy with grilled lamb cutlets, beef bourguignon, mushroom and thyme risotto, or aged cheddar—classic pairings that highlight this wine’s polished fruit and savoury finesse.
