Tasting Notes:

The wine is an elegant example of a cool climate shiraz, with lifted spicy and refined blackberry aromas. Megenta in colour, this shiraz has intense ripe fruit flavours, carefully integrated with hints of vanillin oak characters. Good tannin structure and a smooth, lingering finish on the palate makes this a most enjoyable wine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bazza59 from Ladbroke Grove Paddington - a great wine This is a great wine. It is 2011 and so it has a bit of age on it to make it a bit more mellow. It has a cork seal and I think that makes a wine age a bit faster. It has loads of fruit flavour and it has a vibrant feel to it. It is very much a traditional shiraz that has a great body and rich colour. I have put a few bottles away to see how they fair over a couple of years.
