Sourced from both Estate vineyards in southern Watervale and select family-owned blocks throughout the valley, this Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro blend (51% Grenache, 37% Shiraz, 12% Mataro) is the latest release in Kilikanoon’s celebrated Oath series—wines made with intention and integrity.

Each variety was harvested and fermented separately in open fermenters for 8 to 10 days, before being basket pressed into French oak hogsheads for 9 to 12 months maturation. Barrels were hand-selected to strike the perfect harmony between traditional structure and modern fruit concentration.

Deep red with youthful purple hues, the wine opens with complex aromas of dark cherry, ripe plum, and floral sweetness. On the palate, red berry compote and blueberry flavours unfold seamlessly, supported by gentle spice and savoury undertones. A framework of fine ripe tannins gives the wine structure and poise, leading to a long, elegant finish that exemplifies the Clare Valley's trademark balance of richness and finesse.
