Tasting Notes:

The 2013 Doc Adams McLaren Vale Shiraz colour is deep red brick bordering on black. At first it emits a chocolate and mocha aroma developing into a Christmas cake like waft. A rich dry red style with sweet grape and fruit flavours. Christmas cake and liquorice undertone. There is intensity on the palate with a slight dusty wave developing. This outlines the use of Russian and French oak.
