Tasting Notes:

Deep burgundy with cherry red hues. Fragrant lift of red cherries, blackberries and an underlying herbaceous note. Aromas carry through onto the palate with the cherry and black fruits being enhanced by the subtle minty notes. The vanilla undertones coupled with the ripe tannins give this wine depth and length of flavour.

Family owned De Bortoli Wines is one of Australia’s largest private company, producing a wide range of premium wines. Its icon wine Noble One Botrytis Semillon is Australia’s benchmark sweet white. Established in 1928 by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli, the company was expanded by their son, the visionary Deen De Bortoli. Today the company is in the capable hands of the third generation.
