Crafted to showcase both regional intensity and vineyard purity, the fruit parcels were fermented separately in open stainless steel tanks over a 14-day period before being pressed and combined for maturation. The wine was then aged for 12 months in new French oak, adding structure, complexity and seamless integration to the powerful fruit profile.

In the glass, the wine reveals a deep, dark crimson hue. The nose is rich and inviting, offering aromas of ripe blackberry and plum layered with savoury notes of olive, liquorice and subtle oak spice.
