Sourced from a single vineyard on Bayliss Road in the highly regarded Tatachilla subregion of McLaren Vale, this exceptional 2023 Shiraz is a showcase of terroir, craftsmanship, and regional intensity.

The wine presents a big, round palate dominated by dark fruits of blackberry and plum, supported by savoury olive and licorice undertones. Aged in new French oak for 12 months, it delivers integrated oak spice that drives flavour and length. The finish is seamless, with silky smooth tannins tying together the wine’s powerful fruit and refined structure.

Each parcel was fermented separately in open stainless steel tanks over 14 days, then pressed and combined before oak maturation. The meticulous winemaking process enhances depth, balance, and purity, resulting in a Shiraz of exceptional concentration and finesse.

Awarded 95 Points & a Gold Medal, and 94 Points with 5 Stars from Sam Kim (Wine Orbit), this single vineyard McLaren Vale Shiraz is an outstanding expression of modern Australian red winemaking.
