The palate is ripe, rounded, and soft, featuring velvety tannins and sweet mulberry juiciness. The persistent aftertaste reveals enticing notes of black currant jam and toast, supported by a smooth and well-rounded tannic structure that is generous in fruit flavor.

This full-bodied Shiraz is an ideal match for Italian cuisine, especially tomato-based pasta dishes, enhancing their rich flavors. It also pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, slow-cooked lamb, and aged cheeses, making it a versatile choice for a variety of hearty meals.
