This vibrant sparkling rosé opens with a savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt, and wild strawberry, leading into a layered palate of strawberry, rhubarb, and red currant. Hints of earthy spice and a fine chalky tannin grip add depth and balance, while saline acidity provides length and freshness.
