The palate is opulent and full-bodied, delivering a concentrated core of vanilla, spice, and dark chocolate supported by fine-grained, dry tannins. As it evolves, notes of stewed fruit and black pepper emerge, leading into a long, persistent finish that highlights its exceptional structural balance. Despite its age, it remains remarkably vibrant, benefiting from decanting to fully express its deep, savoury complexity.
