Tasting Notes:

Normans Jesse’s Blend Shiraz Cabernet NV celebrates more than 170 years of Australian winemaking heritage. Founded by pioneering winemaker Jesse Norman in 1853, Normans is one of Australia’s oldest privately owned wine companies, with this blend paying tribute to the family’s remarkable legacy.

Bringing together Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Riverland and Coonawarra, the wine displays a deep red-black colour with aromas of dark plum, chocolate and blackcurrant. The medium-bodied palate is generous and smooth, delivering blackberry, ripe plum and cassis supported by fine-grained tannins and well-integrated oak. Soft, fleshy and approachable, it offers plenty of flavour while retaining excellent structure and balance.

Released as excess export stock at below-cost clearance pricing, this is an outstanding-value Australian red from one of the country’s most historic wine names.
