Niche Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is a fruit-driven Clare Valley Cabernet offering classic varietal character and an easy, approachable style. Harvested in the cool of night, the fruit was fermented on skins before selected parcels were matured with older French oak to add subtle complexity while allowing the vibrant fruit to remain the focus.


Crimson with purple hues, the wine opens with cassis, plum and choc-mint aromas supported by soft oak. The medium-bodied palate delivers juicy plum, blackcurrant and cherry flavours with rich, velvety tannins and a smooth, balanced finish. The previous vintage was awarded 94 Points by Wine Showcase Magazine and claimed the Trophy for South Australian Wine of the Year, highlighting the pedigree behind this impressive Cabernet.
