Hand-picked and lightly crushed, the fruit underwent a 12-day fermentation to extract colour and flavour before spending 23 months maturing in a thoughtful oak regime: 30% new French barriques and hogsheads, with the balance in one-year and seasoned American octaves and French barrels. This careful élevage builds texture and refinement without overshadowing the purity of the fruit.

In the glass, it reveals an inky crimson core with purple highlights. Aromas of blackberry compote, mulberry, and dark cherry are underscored by hints of mocha, cedar, and spice.
