The Cabernet provides structure and definition, while the Merlot brings rich, fleshy fruit and softness to the palate. The result is a generous, well-balanced red with layers of ripe fruit, smooth texture and an elegant, satisfying finish. Bottle age has added further harmony and complexity, making this an excellent mature Margaret River red to enjoy now.
