Sourced from a single vineyard just outside the township of Heathcote, bordering the historic O'Keefe Rail Trail, this Shiraz is crafted from grapes grown in the region’s ancient Cambrian soils. The vineyard’s northeast-facing aspect with gentle slopes ensures ideal ripening conditions for the fruit.

In the glass, this Shiraz presents an inky black hue with a dusty red rim. It offers a complex bouquet of liquorice, black cherries, and peppery spice, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla oak and earthy undertones.
