Small-batch fermentation, extended skin contact and maturation in seasoned oak barrels allow the fruit to shine while adding subtle complexity and structure.

Deep purple with crimson highlights, the wine opens with generous aromas of ripe plum, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha and a touch of liquorice, supported by subtle oak.
