Buying wine online with Get Wines Direct is simple. Follow the steps below to place your order.
Click Log In/Register and enter your email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset link on the login page.
After purchasing you can check your order status or previous purchases by selecting Invoice/Order History in the Your Account dropdown next to My Cart.
Note: Orders must be in multiples of 12 or 15 bottles unless otherwise stated. You can build your own mixed dozen.
New customers will be prompted to create an account before payment.
Your login details will be used for future orders.
Confirm your delivery address and choose your payment method.
You will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice by email.
If no one is home:
Wine cannot be left outside property boundaries.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your wine within 365 days.
Sampling allowance:
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after returned goods are received.
What is the minimum order?
Orders must be in multiples of 12 or 15 bottles unless stated otherwise.
Can I build my own mixed dozen?
Yes, as long as the total bottle quantity is at least 12 bottles.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery is usually 7 to 10 business days.
What happens if I am not home?
If you provide authority to leave, the driver may leave the parcel if safe. Otherwise, a collection card will be left.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes must be made before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible on 1300 559 463.
How do I track my order?
Log into your account and check Invoice/Order History.

How do I receive marketing emails?
You can sign up on our website here or update your preferences in your account under Communication Preferences.

Purchase one advertised case of 12 bottles and choose a second case of 12 bottles free.
Delivery is $11.99 per carton, so delivery applies to both cases unless otherwise stated.

How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed online only. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
