1x Limb Single Vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022  - 14.00% Alc
Intense deep ruby red with purple hues. Plum, blackberry, licorice with soft voluptuous oak and chocolate all playing supporting roles. This wine illustrates exactly how I have been handcrafting premium red wine for my entire life, in the vineyard. The terror and microclimate of specific blocks produce something different year with the obvious characters of this vintage being blackberry, olive, and chocolate. The extended time in barrel and use of different aged oak mainly older allowed this flavour to infiltrate the wine without overpowering it and to run seamlessly into the natural tannin structure of the wine.

3x Bare Necessities Shiraz 2022  - 14.00% Alc
Deep red in colour with touches of purple. Ripe red and black berry and plum fruit aromas and subtle notes of warm spice. On the palate rich ripe black berries and plums provide the drive behind this wine while fine soft smooth tannins and a touch of natural fruit acid add further complexity.

3x Clare Hills Clare Valley Shiraz 2021 By Pikes - 14.00% Alc
Medium cherry red in appearance. Aromas of ripe berries across the colour spectrum, blackberry, cherry, and raspberries all in attendance, a swirl of charry oak somewhere in the mix too. The full flavoured palate is bursting with concentrated bright berry fruits, whilst the fine tannin profile and freshness of the fruit provide complexity and length.

2x Niche Shiraz 2022  - 13.50% Alc
Deep purple with pretty crimson red colour around the edge. Ripe sweet blackberry with touches of cherry and plum backed up by the slightest touch of vanilla oak. There are lifted aromas of plums and black cherries with hints of violets. Some pepper and spice add complexity along with subtle oak character.

This Shiraz, from various regions throughout South Australia, displays abundant blackberry and black cherry fruit flavours complemented by subtle spicy oak characteristics and a soft, smooth finish.

1x Rovalley Ridge Barossa Valley Shiraz 2017  - 14.00% Alc
Deep burgundy with light red hue. Sweet plum, black currant, vanilla and spice on the nose. Medium bodied with blackcurrant, spice and pepper along with some leather saddle character.
