3x Jack In A Box Clare Valley Shiraz 2022 - 15.50% Alc
Deep dark purple with dark red rim. Violets, blackberries, and spice are the main attraction. Rich bold style expressing the serious nature of wines in particular Shiraz from this region. Quite full-bodied fruit driven style with some blueberry, blackcurrant, and liquorice whilst a nice chocolate flavour is present. Spice, pepper and tannin undertones round it all out.

2x Niche Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 - 13.50% Alc
Crimson with magenta/purple hues. Classic, varietal aromas of cassis with some choc-mint all work seamlessly with plums and soft oak undertones. A medium bodied wine with a rounded fruit driven palate that features rich, round velvety tannins, with plum, cassis and cherry flavours whilst the oak is soft and just a passenger.

2x Bookmaker Wines South Australia Shiraz 2021 - 14.00% Alc
Shiraz is the most important and widely planted red grape variety in Australia. A richly, fruit flavoured wine that carries through to the full palate showing good ripe berries, black cheery, raspberry and plum with a note of toasted oak and a soft, full finish. This wine is bold and vibrant, yet silky leading to a long, satisfying finish.This wine is crafted to be enjoyed now, but will also benefit from up to 3 years of bottle ageing.

2x Normans Chais Clarendon McLaren Vale Shiraz 2016 - 15.00% Alc
Deep dark squid ink with youthful purple and red hues. Luscious aromas of ripe blackberry and concentrated cherry are highlighted by nuances of milk chocolate, violet and cassis. The palate is youthfully opulent and potent, with rich dark cherry, blackberry, aniseed, liquorice and earthy leather flavours building through the mid palate before the silky tannins and fresh acid explode which are typical characters of the vintage. This full-bodied Shiraz has a long lingering finish. Enhanced with a shot of espresso like American and French oak. Fermented in stainless steel, small volume fermenters to maintain strong fruit flavour from skins. Hand plunged twice daily for seven days then transferred into American and French oak barrels for the remainder of ferment then spent 14 months to allow full flavour development.
