The La Bise Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris 2024 x 6 - 12.50% Alc, 92 Points Sam Kim Wine Orbit, is a beautifully ripened cool-climate white crafted from fruit left to hang long into the dry autumn, allowing natural richness to develop. In the glass it opens with vibrant aromas of lime zest, brioche, ripe pear and crunchy apple, lifted by subtle florals and a gentle hint of flint. The palate is elegant, pristine and finely textured, carrying juicy pear and stone fruit flavours through to a mouth-watering, lingering finish driven by bright, crunchy acidity. Its delicate richness and fresh energy make it ideal with dishes like grilled chicken, creamy seafood pastas, roast pork with apple, or soft brie—foods that highlight both the wine’s finesse and understated power.
