Gardian Coteaux De Beziers IGP Rose 2019

Light colour with light purple hues. On the nose, seductive aromas of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, they are complemented by floral notes. Generous and pleasant, it is a juicy rosé to enjoy any time and delightful with meals.


Farnese Fantini Calalenta Rose 2018

The appearance is clear and bright litchi-melon pink with coral and salmon hue at the center. On the nose is clean and intense with raspberry melon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose and broom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can be silky and even saline. It matches up wonderfully with all fish, white meat, fresh cheese and soups.


Baby Doll Marlborough Rose 2019

This pretty light-peach coloured Rosé has the most enticing. Bouquet of pomegranate, fresh strawberries and honeysuckle. A juicy, rich palate warmed with flavours of strawberry, shortcake, and focused by well-balanced acidity.

Domaine De L Herre La Galope Rose 2018

The historic terroir of Armagnac, south of the Landes region, at the foot of the Pyrenees is where the Côtes de Gascogne vineyards cover 20,000 hectares. Vines are planted against a backdrop of rolling hills of clay-loam soil, providing a perfect setting to capture the sun, maximize on the cool nights, make it the best terroir for white wine in southern France. To maintain the aromas, the grapes are harvested early in the morning and immediately taken to the state-of-the-art Inertys press to reduce risk of oxidation during the delicate pressing phase. 


Gardian Coteaux De Beziers IGP Rose 2019

Using Provence’s finest varieties for elegant rosé, Grenache and Syrah with a splash of Cinsault, it’s crafted from hand-picked grapes, harvested in the cool night to seal in freshness. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip, it’s a top choice with seafood or creamy vegetarian dishes and also great solo. Gardian is a classically crisp, Provence style rosé. 45% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, 10% Syrah. Parcel selections on limestone-clay soils and rolled pebbles. Yield 50 hl/ha


Farnese Fantini Calalenta Rose 2018
Produced in Sambuca Di Sicilia in vineyards at 400 mt above sea level. Hand picking is carried out during night time (calalenta), After a slow destemming, a gentle crushing and a soft pressing of the grapes, the free run must is fermented at a temperature of 10/12°C in stainless steel tank for 18/22 days. After a light and quick aging on lees of 30/35 days in stainless steel the wine is gently fined, filtred and straightforward bottled.

These tiny sheep keep our vineyards tidy year round because they’re too small to reach the grapes. Using one of nature’s mowers means our wines are better for the environment and taste better too. Celebrate life’s little moments with Babydoll wines.

The growing season in Marlborough started out warm and dry, resulting in even flowering and ultimately balanced vines with the right amount of crop to get them through to harvest. The warm weather continued through Spring and Summer, with periodic rains which kept the vines hydrated throughout the growing season. These warmer conditions also meant harvest started around two weeks earlier than the previous year and resulted in a Rosé that is filled with lifted aromatics and a beautiful concentrated mouthfeel. 

The parcels of fruit that created this Rosé were individually harvested over a period of two weeks. The fruit was crushed, destemmed, briefly soaked and then gently pressed. The juice was cold settled for 48hrs then racked prior to a long cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to capture bright, fresh fruit characters. Each parcel was fermented separately with a range of yeasts to build complexity and structure. Following fermentation the wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
