The Oath Shiraz is sourced from the best rows at our Morrisons’s vineyard. These are located on the top of the Ridge, overlooking Watervale. Allowing for maximum concentration of fruit, showcasing the Kilikanoon house style consisting of Powerful Elegance.

Fermented in open fermenters for 7-8 days. Pumpover twice daily. Basket pressed into quality French oak hogsheads 5% new balance 2-5 years old. Maturation in barrel for 15 months prior to blending and bottling. No Fining or filtration.

Crafted from two Watervale vineyards which are dry farmed, hand pruned and hand harvested with an average vine age of 70 years. Together, they set a very high standard for this classic Clare Valley Grenache.
