Produced using direct pressing followed by cold settling and cool fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the wine retains its purity, freshness and aromatic lift. In the glass, it reveals a bright pink hue with delicate rosé tints, opening with succulent aromas of sour candy, wild strawberry and raspberry. The palate is finely balanced and elegant, delivering fresh red berry flavours with a touch of citrus, finishing crisp and refreshing with excellent finesse.
