A bold twist on a classic red, the Niche Sparkling Shiraz NV is a show-stopping South Australian sparkling wine that brings richness, effervescence, and unmistakable character.

In the glass, it shines a deep crimson with brick red mousse and a fine bead. Aromas of ripe plums, earthy undertones, and warm spice lead into an indulgent palate packed with plum and prune flavours, hints of liquorice, and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. The finish lingers with cherry, chocolate, and spice, making this a decadent treat.

Enjoy it chilled — perfect as an aperitif, with food, or even with breakfast fare like eggs and bacon.

This wine is machine harvested, fermented cool, and aged in old French oak for smooth texture. Bottled under pressure and sealed with a screw cap to preserve freshness and fizz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Pops from A big surprise! This is the first time we have had a sparkling shiraz with a screw top! It made no difference to the wine, but was a novelty. I love this wine, as I am 86 years old with significant back pain. Two glasses of this lovely wine each day makes me feel as if life is worth living. Many thanks to Get Wines Direct for making such a lovely wine affordable to age pensioners.
