Tasting Notes:

This robust, full-bodied wine showcases the rich fruit flavours and distinct varietal characteristics associated with premium Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit was selected from two specific blocks in the Rowland Flat area, including the estate owned Bungalow Block in the Barossa. A vibrant nose of plum and dark chocolate with cedar/mahogany notes. The vibrancy on the nose flows onto the palate with dark, brooding flavours. Assertive tannin combines with intense plum and chocolate to give a wine that will age gracefully.
