Pale straw-green; a vivid example of how intense varietal fruit flavours can come from early picked grapes if there has been care taken in the vineyard. It is certainly true, the wine is defined by its pink grapefruit flavours, stone fruit and oak in the background on a long, clean finish.
Flying High Chardonnay gets its strength from being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The lack of oak unveils a fresh, fruity bouquet and a bright palate of citrus and lime with lasting finish.

(eRobertParker.com 2013)
"The 2011 Flying High Chardonnay displays aromas of bruised apples, warm pears and honeydew melon with quite a toasty and oaky undercurrent. Medium to full-bodied with the oak both leading and finishing the palate, there’s a decent core of apple and pear flavours with some pleasant nuttiness and a lively acid line holding it together. Drink it now to 2015."
