Tasting Notes:

The colour of straw with a pale lime green edge, the nose has aromas of fresh peaches with apple and lemon peel flourishing.

The palate is a fruit driven style that has complexity from lees stirring the gives flavours of white peach, apple and passionfruit. It has good length and a lovely finish.

Technical:

Machine harvested in the cool of the night prior to the heat wave that struck late in the ripening season. The harvest was crushed, chilled and the juice fermented at controlled temperatures in the cool cellar.

The wine spent longer than usual on lees and was stirred to develop a more complex character. The wine was bottled after careful filtration to retain the vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavours.
