Pinot Gris from the Kersbrook and Gumeracha vineyards of Caj Amadio. My favourite block of Pinot Gris in the Hills, east facing and a gentle slope keeps the high cropping Pinot Gris under control. Brosche pear and Nectarine fruits form the character of this Pinot Gris. An easy drinking wine perfect for summer.

Technical:

An easy drinking wine perfect for summer. The key point of Pinot Gris is mid palate texture and richness. We work this in the winery by allowing the juice to stay on full solids for a week before we start ferment and in doing so we draw out all of the goodness and flavour from the juice and grapes that we can.
