Tasting Notes:

It is lightly wooded and has a dry finish. The “lively fruit tingle” on the front palette and length in the body creates a lovely Gris characteristic. The nose is lifted, with a complex aroma of melon and pink grapefruit. The palate is finely textured showing flinty characters. The crisp fruit flavours are creamy yeast derived characters and subtle oak influences which extend to a crisp finish.

Far Ago Hill, Pinot Gris captures floral characters on the nose while having a slightly mineral palette, with a hint of creaminess.
