Tasting Notes:

This Pinot Gris is a pale straw yellow colour and the nose has lifted pear and rosewater aromas followed by a lively palate full of melon and sweet pear. The mouth feel is supple, long and smooth.

Technical:

This is the fifth vintage of this wine, made by Penny Jones and the team at Bay of Fires. A silken and seductive wine, which when tasted blind you could confuse with the best of Alsace.
