Tasting Notes:

A vintage of intense fruit from cool weather vineyards with a full array of intense fruit flavours. Nice texture in the mid palate, mineral and even mouth filling.

Technical:

Each variety is fermented separately. Then the must is racked and the temperature is brought to 16 C for a slow fermentation to retain maximum flavours and freshness. The wines are left to settle and cold stabilised and then neatly blended together prior to being earth filtered and bottled. Extreme handling care and minimal use of sulphur retains clean and strong fruit characters.
