Tasting Notes

This chardonnay is straw in colour with tinges of green while on the nose are intense aromas of white peach and nectarines that are entwined with grapefruit and green apple. The palate is long and mouth-watering with sweet melon and peach flavours balanced by gentle, soft round acidity.A wine ideally suited to poultry, game birds, pork & creamy pasta.

Technical

5 months maturation in 1 & 2-year-old French Oak Barriques, then stored in stainless-steel until bottled.
