Tasting Notes:

Australian Shiraz has forged an enviable reputation for huge unrestrained flavours that are exemplified by this wine. This shiraz is an extreme example of this style, deep colour, huge palate and high alcohol. The Pepper Leaf Shiraz upholds the tradition with strong blackberry and plum aromas over toast, vanillin and spice. The palate is full flavoured and intense with rich blackberry, plum, blueberry and characters of liquorice and spice. The tannins are very ripe and dense giving great structure and length to the palate.
