Accolades & Awards:

92 Point Rated - Campbell Mattinson The Wine Front

"Good buying/drinking to be had here. Floral lift on the nose, fresh/ripe berries in the mouth, a whisper of crushed fennel and a sound, spicy, dry finish. It’s complex but it’s also juicy and energetic. There’s a nuttiness to the oak but oak isn’t a major player in the wine; its influence is more textural than anything. All the impressions here are positive."

91 Point Rated - Huon Hooke The Real Review

"Medium to full colour, with a slightly funky bouquet, spicy also, with some brandied cherry. The wine is soft and sweetish in the centre, with forward-development and earthy but supple tannins. A very pleasant drink as a young wine, which is surely its mission. This wine grew and blossomed in the glass. Very good value."

Jane Faulkner - James Halliday Wine Companion

"Rustic with a hard, raw wood character, lots of warm spices, new leather, meaty-charcuterie and smoky notes The palate includes dark fruits and an abundance of gritty tannins."
