Tasting Notes:

The Senses Zinfandel displays intense aromas of dark plums and Christmas cake with hints of mocha. On the palate, this wine exhibits rich, chocolaty texture with soft velvety tannin on the finish.

Technical:

Fruit and regional identity. Sense of place: Margaret River. The wines are a good example of typical Margaret River characters. More concentration and complexity through extended maturation and barrel fermentation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rusty from Superb wine First tried this when lived in W.A. and visited the vineyard for a special occasion and found this beauty in the tasting room on the way out, that was 16 years ago and although I'm sad the winery has closed down ? its fantastic to be able to purchase it again at a ridiculously low price. Its a fabulous wine and i hoped to keep for special occasions but alas its so dam good its a regular nightly experience i look forward to. No body would be disappointed with this baby.
