Tasting Notes

French oak - sweet Moroccan spices and a propulsion of dried roasted almond. Freshly sliced panforte – date, fig, with and fresh cherry and rhubarb that become more apparent upon sitting. Assertive fruit – dark berried – boysenberry, loganberry, and blackberry. Spills across the palate by means of a coating of fine polished tannins.
