Tasting Notes:

The Thing range is Sorby Adams'' flagship Shiraz. It is sourced from a vineyard above sea level in Eden Valley. The low-yeielding crops produced wines that had rich aromas of ripe plums, black fruits and wild cherry with hints of warm spices and vanilla oak. A beautifully balanced wine with a lengthy finish.

Accolades & Awards:

96 Points, Sam Kim Wine Orbit

"Striking, charming and engaging, this spectacular shiraz exhibits blackberry, mixed berry compote, cocoa, cedar and fragrant spice aromas on the nose, leading to a sumptuous palate that is filled with delicious fruit flavours backed by stylish oak infusion. The wine delivers power and grace at the same time, and is wonderfully framed by silky tannins. This is seductively expressive and hugely appealing."
