Tasting Notes:

Bright, vibrant purple red with a medium intensity. Lifted spicy Shiraz fruit with a nice touch of oak. Palate is medium weight with bright spicy fruit and medium weight tannins to finish.

Technical:

Morning harvested and fermented for nine days on skins and then pat run off to oak. The wine was rotated trough 20% new oak for twelve months before a light fining and bottling. A year in Margaret River for fine rich balanced reds, quite fleshy and with approachable tannins. A warm stretch during the growing season finished reds off with generous forward fruit and soft appealing structures. Drawn from our northern Margaret River vineyard that delivers rich and vibrant varietal flavours.
