Tasting Notes:

Rich colour with vibrant dark cherry hues. Dark fruits, peppery spice, mint chocolate on the nose. Rich flavours of wild berries, layered with wet tobacco, plus a hint of herbals and chocolate, balanced with a long smoky gravelly finish.

Technical:

From the Limestone Coast, the grapes were gently pressed and slowly fermented, aged with French and American oak for 6 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and tannins to naturally soften.
