OK
This is a good shiraz but it doesn't excite, it's the wine you bring out because we are having red meat. I like bigger bolder reds, that's not the fault of the wine.

Good everyday drinker
There is a lot of hit and miss with red especially in this price range. This one punches above its price point.

Nice easy-drinking wine
This Barossa blend had some interesting tastes from the different grape varieties. Nice and soft in the mouth, with full flavour and pleasant aftertaste.

What a surprise!
I hardly ever by a blended wine, almost never a red. Yet this modest SA blend was a very drinkable choice. I shall buy another dozen soon.

OK quaffer but vin ordinaire
Came as a 3xbottle carton filler. Go well as a quaffer round the BBQ but vin ordinaire.

NIce wine if you like it on the sweet side.
I am finding most Barossa Valley wines on the sweet side, which is not to my liking

Not the quality expected from GWD
Whilst this was an inexpensive wine, I expected it to be better than cask wine. It wasn't & a cheap cask at that

Not the best
I realise this is a budget wine, but I think there are a lot of better wines for a similar price.

Should have seen warning bells “Red Blend”
I thought Barossa & the excellent price would be a good quaffer wine however first time in years big disappointment. Still have to arrange return for refund - had a knee replacement so still to organise.
