Tasting Notes:

Prestine pink in colour. Strawberries, Raspberries and a hint of Salmon on the nose. The palate is fresh bright strawberry, hints of toffee apple and sherbet

Technical:

Our Rose is a blend of Sangiovese and Grenache, Exceptional balance, refreshing structure offers great fantastic consumption on a warm summer night. For maximum enjoyment this wine should be served cold and with friends!

Grown in the heights of Eden Valley, the cool evenings and warm days are perfect growing conditions for wine grapes. Summer hedging of the vines allows the sunshine to slowly ripen the fruit. The fruit is machine picked during the cool of the evening and delivered to the winery before the sun rises!

Once safely in the press under a CO2 cover the fruit is allowed to sit on shins for two hours for ensure the magnificent colour. Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures ensure freshness and an abundance of fresh flavours.

70% Sangiovese 30% Grenache
